Nian Bao Yu Ze "IntrudersNoTrace" Campaign

Leave No Trace Campaign

The Jack Wolfskin Nianbaoyuze initiative was executed not as a branded outdoor campaign, but as a massive ecological intervention. Focusing on a fragile high-altitude mountain ecosystem indefinitely closed after mass tourism (exceeding 100,000 annual visitors) pushed it to the brink of collapse, ANOTHER_ intercepted the conventional wilderness marketing narrative. We translated the global "Leave No Trace" (LNT) framework into a rigorous behavioral mandate: the "Intruders Without a Trace" operation, redirecting corporate capital to directly confront the ecological cost of human intrusion.

To operationalize this, we orchestrated an unprecedented logistical deployment into extreme-elevation territories. Engineered and commanded by ANOTHER_ Co-Founder Chase Dong as the lead expedition director, the operation bypassed superficial wilderness tourism. We successfully mobilized over 200 non-outdoor professionals, corporate stakeholders, and media personnel, requiring them not merely to trek, but to execute systematic, physical remediation along severely degraded trails and shorelines.

The resulting visual archive documented the raw psychological arc of the participants, capturing their transition from abstract environmental awareness to the visceral reality of extracting the accumulated weight of human waste. This exercise in applied visual anthropology and behavioral intervention proved so impactful that the brand permanently integrated this stewardship model into its long-term strategy. Ultimately, the operation demonstrated that safeguarding the planet's remaining sanctuaries relies not on heroic spectacle, but on the uncompromising discipline of how we choose to arrive, stay, and depart.
